The Central Asia Transformational Business project provides training and coaching for young entrepreneurs to build sustainable enterprises throughout the region. This effort in leadership development and personal coaching, it is our goal to help Central Asians become self sufficient.

Our mentors leverage their experience to help emerging leaders learn about business, gain skills and open new enterprises all over Central Asia. Our staff are practitioners of business and coaching in leadership development.
